Dinosaur Quarry
On October 15th we went to go see the newly opened Dinosaur Quarry at Dinosaur National Park. The entrance to the park was/is free for the month of October, so we decided to take advantage of that. The wall of bones is impressive and the boys had fun looking around. It would have been nice to have a few "hands on" exhibits, but it was really just a big room with a wall of bones.

We bought a pamphlet that labeled some of the bones. Damon had fun matching the bones and coloring in the ones he found. Tyler and Chris just had fun running up and down the ramp.
We had a picnic afterwards and played at a park.

Then we went to a nursery to try and find a tree for our front yard, they didn't have any we liked, so we'll have to wait until Spring.
