It turned a little bit cold last weekend. On Thursday the 6th it snowed for a bit, really big flakes, but it didn't stick.
Then on Saturday we woke up to a light covering of snow. Damon was supposed to have his last soccer game that morning, but we didn't think they would play. He whole last week was canceled due to the weather. (he wasn't sad at all)
So we all got bundled up, which as you know takes at least 20 minutes, and went outside and played in the snow. We built a fort, which Tyler also said was a spaceship. The boys had fun throwing snowballs and Chris even had fun even though his gloves wouldn't stay on. He pulled the biggest fit getting his winter clothes on, but once he realized it was fun to pack the snow on the fork he got happy. I hope he does better next time getting dressed.
The fort didn't last long, and the weather is warming up now, but it was a fun glimpse of winter, but I'd like fall to last a bit longer.
