Halls come to visit

Doug's sister and her family came to Vernal over the weekend. Russ was hunting with his brother, so we got to see the rest of the family. They came over for lunch on Saturday then we went up to McConkie Ranch to show them the petroglyphs. It's a fun little hike, lots of climbing over rocks but still pretty short. The wall art is pretty impressive and if you haven't been and live nearby you really should go. Emily was Christopher's good buddy. She held his hand the whole way while he hiked. He did really well and only had to be carried the last little bit back.

When we got back Chris took a nap on his toddler bed (we just barely had set it up that morning). He had fallen asleep in the van, so he slept on it fine. We'll see how nights and future naps go.

Then we got out the guitars and drums and played Band Hero. All the kids had fun trying different things and singing along.
